I look forward to calling and introducing myself! In this brief call, I will ask you general questions about your current situation and challenge, and let you know how I can best help. Then, we can schedule a first session! If not, ill do my best to point you in a better direction.
I will send you some paperwork inquiring more details about your life experiences, current circumstances, and future goals. You can fill these out when you have some time to think and reflect. You will send them back before our first session.
This step is about making sure you feel comfortable! I will also ask you more detailed questions for a 360 degree view of your life. I will use this session to begin to develop a plan to support you. Some clients use this first session to ask me questions about myself or therapy in general. We will end by scheduling your next session.
